Joint Patrols with Trading Standards earlier today throughout the Malvern area.

Earlier today (Thursday 26th June 2025) officers from Malvern Safer Neighbourhood Team have been working with our partners "Worcestershire Trading Standards" actively looking for traders working on private homes throughout the area to ensure the correct procedures are being adhered to protect consumers. 
 

Unfortunately, there are a number of "Rogue Traders" around who cold call and exploit people by convincing them to pay for shoddy or incomplete work, charging extortionate fee's or threatening them. For more information & advice click here: Scams and rogue traders | Worcestershire County Council
 

Lots of residents spoken to today & reassured & numerous traders checked.
